Supporting Executive Functioning for Children from Hard Places

Executive functioning is required to successfully navigate home, school and community life. It is how we organize ourselves to complete tasks, interact with others and manage our time. Many children from hard places struggle with this skill. This session will provide an overview of executive functioning and then provide practical suggestions for supporting and teaching executive functioning to children and youth of all ages.
