Cindy R. Lee is the Executive Director of HALO Project, which is an intensive intervention program for foster and adoptive children who have experienced relational trauma. Recognizing the power of children’s books to heal, Cindy developed a series of 6 children’s books for parents and clinicians. Titles include, Doggie Doesn’t Know No, It’s Tough to Be Gentle: A Dragon’s Tale, The Redo Roo, and The Elephant with Small Ears. The books are based on skills taught in Trust-Based Relational Intervention ® developed by Dr. Karyn Purvis and Dr. Davis Cross from the Karyn Purvis Institute of Child Development.  Cindy is the creator of a unique intervention called Making Sense of Your Worth which is being utilized world-wide by both foster families and families at risk. Anchored: A Bible Study for Self-Worth, her most recent publication, provides a deep understanding of who we are in Christ.   Cindy is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing in Oklahoma City.
